Our great tasting dishes are made up of only local pastured meats, organic beans, and grains. We strive to use only the highest quality oils, vinegars, spices, condiments, and natural sweeteners. During the season, our organic fruits and vegetables come from our farm in Washington, Connecticut and other partner farms in the area. We are dedicated to giving our customers the most nutritious and unique experience in town along side excellent flavors, visual presentations, and a wide variety of textures.
